Homecoming
To me homecoming is just a dance that happens each year in highschool. Its meant to honor the alumni of past classes at the school. Its a fun thing to do and to just see people outside of school. To some homecoming is a right of passage in highschool and that there is nothing more important then homecoming. Thankfully i am not that person, I like the dance and love to have fun being with everyone just dancing with no cares. Homecoming is a time for no worries and to just have fun.

What do you mean it is meant to honor alumni?
ReplyDeleteI agree that it is a time to do something fun. It's nice to do something outside our everyday routine and can bring out different sides of students we wouldn't normally see.
ReplyDeleteI also think we could honor alumni a lot more at DC. Alumni is the real reason for homecoming and although I don't think it should be the primary focus, we could really honor them more.
